Casey is a 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and holds a 200 hr RYT in Vinyasa Yoga. Casey considers herself forever a student. She is also certified in Aroma Therapy & holds a Plant Based Nutrition Certification from E-Cornell University and is currently enrolled in a Meditation Certification with the Chopra Center. Casey loves working will all fitness levels and age groups from children to adult. What inspires Casey most is creating classes that allow students to develop a deeper connection to their mind, body and soul to help them experience new levels of awareness. Her flows are often centered around themes, intentions and Chakras so that students can bring more peace and harmony into all aspects of their lives. Casey loves to laugh, have fun, inspire and be inspired in an environment that is nonjudgmental and welcoming to all.

Laurisa is a 200 hr Certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher and is also Reiki Level I Certified. She has a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and loves all things health and fitness related. She strives to live on the holistic path. She believes treating the body as a whole; mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually is key to living a healthy and happy life. She believes these four bodies can be balanced and maintained through a yoga practice and is extremely grateful to share her knowledge as a teacher and learn from her students as a student. Her faster paced class will create an internal heat that will make your body sweat and ease your mind. She’s your modern day hippie – feet in the grass trying to cut back on her tie-dye wardrobe.
Nicole is a former NCAA, Division II volleyball player who has developed her practice of yoga after being diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in 2007. Since then she has been able to participate and expand into a variety of sports related interests. Nicole's passion for athletics and fitness blends perfectly with her love of yoga as she believes it creates a balance between strength, conditioning, and recovery. Nicole found Buti Yoga, which fuses cardio intervals, world dance, and plyometrics with yoga and became certified in both Buti Yoga and Deep (Buti Yoga), a restorative, low-impact format. She teaches using the music of her highly energetic and fun playlists to inspire movement and creativity. Nicole's mission in teaching is to help women feel empowered and to connect with one another in a non-judgemental and fun environment.

Diana is a 200-hour certified vinyasa yoga instructor, with additional training in restorative yoga. She found yoga 10 years ago and was first attracted to the practice as a way to manage stress. She’s since come to know yoga as so much more. She loves the balance that yoga brings to life – mind, body, and spirit. Diana loves to guide students through classes that focus on the breath, body awareness, and a sense of letting go. She loves to teach beginners and seasoned yogis alike. She seeks to foster an inviting environment where students feel the freedom to be themselves, develop their own practice, and find true peace. She is currently pursuing her 500-level teacher training to develop an even deeper awareness of how yoga can bring therapeutic healing to the body.

Felicia Hilscher is a Yin Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner who holds space for souls looking to find some stillness and balance.
At the age of 26, Felicia was diagnosed with Endometriosis. It was during her frustration with the pain and unanswered questions that she found and fell in love with yoga. Vinyasa flows allowed her to dance and find strength while Yin allowed her to tune in to her body and find some peace. It was this balance and love of Vinyasa and Yin that brought her to Diana Vitantonio’s Breathless Yoga Teacher Training, where she obtained her 200-hour yoga certification in 2016. After yoga teacher training, she discovered energy healing and completed her Master Reiki certification with Tina Dicillo in 2019.
Felicia’s intention in teaching is to hold space so every participant can find what they need in that moment on their mats and carry that feeling away after class. Her classes mimic the path of a wave—beginning in calming poses to relax the mind and body, then building up to allow the body to find its edge, and finally cascading down through meditation, detoxifying twists and savasana. She guides each class with the assistance of instrumental music, acoustic remakes, soulful ballads and thoughtful readings
Jennifer began her yoga practice back in high school. As someone who grew up dancing (ballet, tap, jazz, and acrobat), she sought yoga as a compliment to dance, and admittedly a compliment to the academic and social pressures of both high school and college. As the decades passed, she’d return to her mat whenever life threw her off balance…hectic work schedule, volleyball, marathon & triathlon training. You name it, yoga was always there to build strength, increase flexibility, and offer a safe place for connecting mind, body, and soul.
As Jennifer recognized her passion for helping others find their own personalized wellness life-model, she became a NSCA certified personal trainer and a certified Yoga Shred ™ instructor. Jennifer loves sharing what she’s learned of alignment and safe practice, even while leading intense interval training sessions that build both muscular and cardio endurance.

Jennifer works with all ages and body types, and truly embodies the belief that we all just need to start wherever we are today. Her light-hearted approach will have yogis sweating and laughing equally, all while learning new tricks
Carlena is certified in Buti Yoga and Zumba. She loves all that dance and fitness have to offer and she believes they provide an outlet for self expression on one of the deepest levels life has to offer.
Buti Yoga is a practice that infuses a combination of Vinyasa yoga, plyometrics and tribal dance movements.
Carlena loves to incorporate chakra work to create balance and improve the flow of energy. Her unique, upbeat primal movements help her students to feel alive and more confident.

Abby is a 200 HR certified Hatha yoga instructor and level 1 reiki attuned. Abby received her training at Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico. "I believe in teaching from the heart and leading with love, for that makes anyone the best they can be. I love yoga so much that i wanted to deepen my practice and be able to give this gift to everybody with every body. Yoga is universal and for all and my goal is to open the minds of those who may not see that." Abby's classes focus on connecting the mind, body, and spirit through different pranayama practices, asanas and guioded meditations.

Feeling drained from working full time as a registered nurse and teaching over 10 fitness classes a week, Brenda took her first yoga class over 18 years ago, seeking something to take care of herself. She loved the strong physical practice of vinyasa yoga, and the sense of connection to something deeper within. After 3 years of practice, she could no longer deny the “inner teacher”, and became certified to teach yoga through the YogaFit system. Brenda has a desire to inform and encourage individuals to experience the many benefits of yoga, and to dispel myths, rumors, and preconceived notions about what yoga is. She believes that the yoga journey is an individual path accessible to everyone. In her classes, she weaves together formal and intuitive knowledge gained through over 25 years of teaching fitness classes and over 30 years of nursing. She draws inspiration from her self-observations after recovering from two joint replacement surgeries, from her many teachers over the years, and her continuous quest to learn more. She is honored to have watched many of her former students progress on their journey to become yoga instructors themselves.
After all this time, Vinyasa practice still holds magic. “Vinyasa is a dynamic marriage of our internal and external worlds. Vinyasa is an outward expression of the subtle movement of life force. It is a manifestation of prana. Vinyasa orchestrates balance. A balance of strength and flexibility, lightness and heaviness, movement and stillness. Through vinyasa one may know the vibration of life.” (Ashtanga Yoga “The Practice Manual”, by David Swenson) She invites everyone to come and share the yoga experience, without expectation or judgement, of shifting energy via mindful moving and breathing.
In addition to her RYT200, Brenda is an ACE certified group exercise instructor. She is currently pursing her passion for holistic health and wellness, and is completing the requirements to become a certified aromatherapist. She is a registered nurse with a BSN, and a specialty certification in cardiac and vascular nursing. (RN-BC) She has an MBA in healthcare administration. She lives with her husband in Concord, and loves to spend time cooking, hiking, travelling, and spending the warm summer months gardening and working in the yard!
Jen is an E-RYT200 and RYT500 instructor though Yoga Alliance. She also has a Movement & Mobility Certification through CrossFit. Jen has been practicing yoga for over 13 years and has been teaching for 9 years. Jen is also a Thai Massage Practitioner through TTM CLE. In addition to working in Health & Wellness, Jen is a wife and mother of two. She enjoys practicing yoga and is an avid CrossFitter in her free time. Jen loves to take yoga/fitness trainings and is always eager to learn and grow in her craft. “Yoga flows through every aspect of my life, both on and off the mat”, says Jen. It keeps her sane, balanced and breathing with ease each day.
