Not your traditional yoga class! In this class the Instructor practices with the students using creative movement that will intuitively flow with the music and the energy of the room. Each class is different and will incorporate a variety of yoga postures combined with breathwork, chakra balancing and light cardio, ending with a guided relaxation. Prepare to move, breathe, strengthen and stretch as you energize and connect Mind, Body & Soul. All levels are welcome.
Slow Flow / Deep Stretch
Strength & Healing for ALL
In this class we will flow to the music and hold key postures for several breaths, releasing blocked tension and stress as we tone and lengthen the entire body. By using the breath we will deepen our stretch and strengthen our minds as we find our edge and move past old limits to experience new growth, flexibility and calmness of mind. Class will conclude with a guided relaxation.

This class will guide you through a dynamic flow of asanas (yoga postures) linked with breath work in a continuous movement that will build up internal body heat and help to cleanse and re-energize your mind and body. The room will be lightly heated. The focus will be on increasing body heat to ensure a powerful energy flow that will liberate any tension and release any blockages throughout your body. Each class is different. Ignite your internal fire as we move, breathe, strengthen, stretch.
Infrared Heated Room - In this class the Instructor practices with the students using creative movement that will intuitively flow with the music and the energy of the room. Each class is different and will incorporate a variety of different yoga styles including Vinyasa flows, Breathwork, Chakra work and light cardio, ending with a guided relaxation. Prepare to move, breathe, strengthen and stretch as you energize and connect Mind, Body & Soul. All levels are welcome.
HIIT - Yoga Shred ™

Yoga helps kids focus, get present, and quiet their minds in a fun, non-competitive environment. Kids will laugh, play, strengthen and stretch all while learning ways to stay calm and cope with stress through yoga postures, breathing and meditation. Love. Laugh. Shine.

Mind. Body. Soul.
This practice will be both energizing and calming as we tap into the evening energy of the sun and moon with a series of asanas that will tone, strengthen and stretch your entire body while integrating awareness between mind, body breath and energy. Classes will begin with a short meditation focusing on intention then heating up with a dynamic sequence of yoga postures and ending by cooling back down with a guided relaxation. All skill levels are welcome. Beginner modifications and advanced options will be provided.
Gentle / Beginners
Grace & Fluidity
Flow with us in a gentle series of fluid like movements that will build up internal heat and energy, revitalizing your body and mind. We will breath and flow into each posture, increasing strength and flexibility with a focus on proper breathing and alignment. Beginner modifications will be provided.
Beginning with Yin can calm and clear the mind and prepare the body for the Yang practice. Yin aspects of yoga target the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. Yang incorporates rhythm and repetition in dynamic flow sequences that strengthen, stretch and tone the entire body. Finishing with Yin relaxes and calms the nervous system, releasing any tension that may have built up during practice. This Yin-Yang class will allow you to experience all of the benefits of both styles while creating balance within your energy systems leaving you feeling calm, grounded and re-energized.

Each class is focused on rejuvenating and healing the mind and body. Gentle stretches, breathing, relaxation, and simple movements will be incorporated to increase range of motion while inducing stress-reduction, increased circulation and calmness of mind. Props will be used such as blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps.
