A steady dynamic flow of connected asanas (yoga postures) linked with breathwork in a continuous movement that will help to cleanse and re-energize your mind and body. There is a strong focus on alignment & breathing to ensure a graceful energy flow that will liberate any tension and release any blockages throughout your body. Each class is different. Come prepared to move, breathe, strengthen and stretch. Beginner modifications and Advanced options will be given.
